This is a good traditional garage where I also purchased my vehicle second hand. They do a good and thorough job and are quick and reasonably priced. They are honest and don't do the hard sell.

Excellent service from this garage. Took my vehicle in with a number of problems. They established the cause of the problems, updated me and then carried out the work really quickly and the vehicle was then ready for me to collect. They kept me well informed throughout.

The garage was helpful in diagnosing a strange sound in my vehicle. They were somewhat expensive (£500 for two new tyres, diagnostics, alignment and £10 petrol) and for some reason refused to hand over the keys to the car to my wife. Overall however I am happy that my issues were resolved, without any new unnecessary work being invented, which is why I would recommend them.

The garage phoned me fairly early to recommend that my air-conditioning needed a service. They explained the reason for it and provided a break down of the costs, but said the decision to go ahead was entirely mine. They also provided tips on using the car air-conditioning to keep it in good working order. I have used this garage for servicing and a repair several times before and always found them most helpful and the work well done.

I have just picked up my car from you today after a service. I just wanted to say that I have dealt with you twice (damaged wing mirror and service) and on both occasions it's been a pleasure dealing with your company. I wouldn't normally bother writing a thank you email, but it makes a change to use a garage who do things right, namely: good initial emails from you to quote the work, with price options. Phone calls during the day of the service about the work needed and when the car was ready. Also the car was left clean and tidy (cleaner than when it arrived!). The invoice was explained before payment too with no hassle. It's basically what you should be doing, but it's surprising how many garages don't do it and I've certainly had a lot worse experiences. I would definitely recommend you, keep it up.

I found this garage on this website as I needed a Cam belt replacement at the due interval. I phoned for a quote, which was reasonable, and also asked if they could look at the air conditioning, as there was water spillage in car when turned on. I picked up car, paid the money and was told the air con was fixed just in time! as it was a blocked pipe, and there was no charge. Great service overall and good people I think. Well done Ian and staff!

Had an issue with the engine management light. It took some time to diagnose the problem from the reports as it had many faults showing but they stuck with it until it was fixed. They found unsatisfactory work that had been done elsewhere. I'd definitely recommend this garage.

Every part of the service is discussed in detail and prices given. All staff are friendly and helpful. On the return of my car, all copies of MOT and service checklist clearly listed. I would use this garage and recommend it to others, my daughter being one!
